4)   III rd & IV th week:

    a) How to send F.O.B. Price quotation by postally and e.mail to

        all the importers.

5)    V th week:

         a)     How to confirm the orders

         b)    How to reduce rate for bulk orders while bargain

         c)     How to send Designs & Catalogue by e-mail if necessary

         d)    How to send samples against money transfer

6)   VI th week:

         a)     How to prepare Proforma Invoice

         b)    How to add package charge if applicable

         c)     How to add Transporting charge

         d)    How to add Insurance charge

         e)     How to add shipping & Forwarding charge & Sea Freight

         f)      How to get transferable irrevocable LC

7)  VII th week:
